Build and deploy a custom Webex Contact Center Agent Desktop header widget that shows agents a live scrolling ticker of queue stats — contacts waiting and longest wait time — for all queues they are eligible to handle. The widget embeds into the Agent Desktop advancedHeader via a desktop layout JSON snippet and polls the WxCC Contact Service Queue and Search APIs every 30 seconds, with authentication handled automatically by the Agent Desktop runtime.
